1.1 Acceptance & Applicability

These terms form a legally binding agreement between joyo9 and its users. You must be at least 21 years old for this agreement to apply. joyo9 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

1.2 Age Requirement

The joyo9 platform is intended only for users aged 21 and above. We do not allow minors to open accounts. If a user opens an account by providing false information, joyo9 reserves the right to immediately close that account and forfeit all funds.

4.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

joyo9 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive the bonus.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200.
• Or depositing ৳26,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making the total balance ৳41,000.
• A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same person, device, or IP address.
• joyo9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Misuse or manipulation of bonuses may result in account closure.

• Bonuses may have a specific validity period before withdrawal — please check the terms of each offer.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

If a sporting event is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, joyo9 may decide to refund the bet amount or void the bet according to its specific policy. The same rules apply to rescheduled events.
